Gamers Who Played Poker Online May Soon Get Their Money from the Banks
Prosecutors for the Poker online sites have reached an agreement with court, and as a part of this deal people who played poker online will be able to get their money back. The gamers who played Poker online were not able to recover the money from the banks after 11 people were indicted of defrauding the banks by fooling them into processing their gambling payments.
Absolute Poker, a company that used to offer Poker online was involved in the case as two of its executives were among the 11 indicted people. Other companies that provide Poker online, PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, had reached similar separate agreements on the case.
